I loved Norma from the moment I met her, she treated me as one of her own grandchildren and I will never forget the warmth she gave me when I needed it the most. She had the ability to let you feel free and important, her sense of humour was one of the best... She told me that 'swearing added colour to our language' and I have been forever quoting her since. Sad to hear the loss of someone who I could have had a million more conversations with, rest in peace Norma with your amazing creative soul xxx
